I’m the founder of Spark Business Consulting and author of the book Profit First for Restaurants.
I specialize in helping small business owners start and maintain successful growth and financial habits using the Profit First system.
My mission is to help my clients, listeners, audience, or whomever comes into my “sphere” – master their numbers, understand their business model, fall in love with their business, and build the company of their dreams.
I am TRULY excited to share my experiences, inspirations, well-established systems, and actionable steps to succeed as a restaurateur in my book, Profit First for Restaurants.
A born and raised New Englander, I can often be found at my office (I love my work!), newly remodeled home (I’m a homebody), attending my kids soccer, lacrosse, track, softball, and ice hockey games, or enjoying the AMAZING local and Boston Restaurant scene.

My Story
I have been in the restaurant industry for over 20 years and have spoken at conferences nationwide as well as podcasts spanning the vast landscape of business and entrepreneurship.
